My clients are mostly corporate professionals working very busy jobs. They range in ages from their 40’s to mid 60’s. Some seek to lose weight, add muscle or both. All of them seek to feel more energetic, stronger and lead healthier lives.

I myself worked 25 years in a corporate environment so I know first hand the toll a busy job can take on your health and fitness.
